February 3, 2012 ~ 1 Obituary

The cemeteries in Arkansas where we find some of our family are Beebe, Bethlehem, Cave City, Center Grove, Copperas Springs, Crestlawn Memorial Park, East Memorial Gardens, Edgewood Memorial Park, Egner, Eutopia Missionary Baptist Church, Fowler, Kilgore, Lee's Chapel, Little Rock National Cemetery, Locust Grove, Magnuss, McNew, Pinecrest Memorial Park, Providence (Sharp County), Republican & Thorn.

This is not a complete index for these cemeteries. This page is for those of our family who are buried there, and for whom we have obituaries or marker pictures. Some of the pictures were taken by me; some were sent to me by family members. We have so many markers in Oklahoma that I have made a page just for them. You will now find them on the Oklahoma page. Also, be sure to visit the Cemetery Index  page to see other Cemetery pages.

The pictures are in alphabetical order by given name. If you know the name for which you are looking. You can use the "Edit" "Find" on your tool bar. The name of the cemetery is on the picture.

If you have Microsoft Windows XP, on some of the larger obits, you will need to hold your cursor over the obit, left click, and the obit will become full size.

Click on the name to see the grave marker.

I want to thank my sister, Maggie Miller, who has been a great help, not only by taking pictures, but finding obituaries. Thanks Sis!

Maggie visited Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery and took pictures. The following is what she said about her visit there:

"They have ponds or lakes, fountains, huge rocks sitting in the water and other beautiful things at that cemetery and all kinds of ducks, and geese. It is really a beautiful place and they keep it up very nice. They have a big tall statue in each garden to represent the name of the garden. It is really pretty".

Several cousins have generously shared family pictures. You will find them on the Family Albums Index page. Thank you all for your generosity!!
